This month’s update puts people in the limelight. We’ve improved account and contact details screens to put people front and center – account holder, owner, and other contacts are now easier to see. Where would we be without people? With data that matters in plain sight, navigate your workflow without digging around.
It’s All About the People
Address Book Entries will highlight Account Managers, the Leader of an Opportunity will be front and center and the User of a Customer Service Case is now top of mind. If the users have not uploaded their profile photos, their initials will be displayed instead.
In Opportunities, we’ve also added the name of the Sales Team below the Leader’s name and the expected revenue and the weighted revenue are also displayed here too – making the information that you need easier to find.
Customize your Layout View – Added by Popular Demand!
In last month’s release, we adjusted the row height of the grids to create more space and reduce clutter. We received feedback that some users prefer to have a compact view, so we added a setting in Preferences to allow you to customize the view to your liking. Hit the top right Settings icon!
