This class is designed to help Admins confidently manage their client relationships using entries. It covers finding, adding, and searching for entries, as well as key Maximizer "Quick Search" tricks. You'll also learn how to use Custom Fields, Key Field lists, and notes and documents, as well as how to work with your entries to send emails, make appointments, and create tasks.
This class helps administrators extend Maximizer CRM access beyond the desktop with Microsoft integrations and mobile use.
