This class is designed to show the Maximizer Administrator the basics of Maximizer, from activating your own account, setting up your firm’s users, navigating the drop down menus, main modules and tabbed following windows, as well as setting up the calendar and hotlist, controlling emails and choosing how users will start their day.
This class is designed to help Admins confidently manage their client relationships using entries. It covers finding, adding, and searching for entries, as well as key Maximizer "Quick Search" tricks. You'll also learn how to use Custom Fields, Key Field lists, and notes and documents, as well as how to work with your entries to send emails, make appointments, and create tasks.
This class helps administrators extend Maximizer CRM access beyond the desktop with Microsoft integrations and mobile use. You'll learn how to install and manage the Outlook integration and set Outlook Preferences to save and sync emails and track email threads. You'll also learn how to install and use Word integration to show and generate labels, envelopes, and document templates.
