Welcome to the Maximizer CRM Kickoff Call for Canaccord Genuity advisory teams. This essential onboarding session is designed to ensure your team is fully prepared to begin using Maximizer CRM successfully and confidently.

The goal for this call is to confirm that all required technical configurations and data migrations have been completed successfully. This includes validating user access, configuring Outlook integration, confirming Salesforce and back-office data migration, and reviewing overall system readiness prior to training.

IMPORTANT: While only one representative from the advisory team is required to attend the kickoff session, all team members are welcome to join.

This session also serves as an introduction to the Maximizer Training Academy, where participants will receive guidance on recommended courses, onboarding pathways, and best practices to help their team fully embrace Maximizer CRM.

Throughout the session, participants will work alongside a Maximizer specialist who will validate system setup, answer questions, and provide recommendations tailored to the advisory team’s workflow and transition requirements.
