Maximizer Workflows Certification – Phase 3: Role-Play Assessment

Congratulations on reaching the final stage of the Maximizer Workflows Certification Program.

Having completed the Workflows Enablement Session and successfully passed the Knowledge Check, you are now ready to demonstrate your ability to position, discover, and present Maximizer Workflows in a realistic customer conversation.

During this 30-minute certification session, you will participate in a live role-play with a trainer acting as a prospective client. Once you register for this session, you’ll be assigned one of two business scenarios and will lead the conversation from introduction through discovery, objection handling, a tailored demonstration, and a recommended next step.

This certification is designed to assess your ability to apply what you’ve learned—not to recite a script. Your trainer will evaluate how effectively you uncover customer needs, tailor the Workflows solution to the prospect’s business challenges, address objections, communicate accurately, and confidently guide the conversation toward a successful outcome.

Following the role-play, you’ll receive immediate verbal feedback along with your certification scorecard. If additional coaching is required, you’ll receive specific recommendations and have the opportunity to re-certify.

• Completion of the Maximizer Workflows Enablement Session
• Successful completion of the Workflows Knowledge Check (minimum score of 80%)
