Professional Services Onboarding & Success as a Service – Make up Session

Program Overview – Certification 

This Enablement program arms Sales and Success teams with the knowledge and confidence to position the right onboarding solution and drive long-term customer value with our Success as a Service offering. Participants will learn how to align our updated Professional Services onboarding programs to the Chorr, Financial Services Edition (FSE), and FSE Plus licenses, and how to sell Success as a Service as a scalable way for customers to maximize their Maximizer CRM investment.

What You’ll Learn

  • How to recommend the correct onboarding program based on license and customer needs
  • How to position Success as a Service as an ongoing value accelerator for new and existing customers
  • When and why to introduce dedicated administration and fixed monthly support hours
  • Proven customer scenarios and talk tracks that drive adoption, retention, and expansion
  • How onboarding and Success as a Service work together to increase CRM utilization

Certification Requirements

To become certified, participants must:

  1. Attend and actively participate in the session
  2. Pass the knowledge check with a minimum score of 80%
  3. Successfully complete a private role-play demonstrating effective positioning of the Insurance CRM offering
    -OR –
  4. Have a business conversation with a real client and submit a recording of the call, or invite either Luis or Mark to observe, and demonstrate a thorough understanding and awareness of the topic.

Who Must Attend

This program is required for all client-facing Sales and Success team members to ensure consistent messaging, confident customer conversations, and stronger revenue and retention outcomes.
