Program Overview – Certification

This Enablement session provides Sales and Success Managers with the knowledge and practical skills needed to effectively use the Investia Integration within Maximizer. Participants will learn how investment data flows from Investia’s Private Lake into Maximizer, how to interpret and leverage the Investment Tab and Investment Dashboard, and how householding supports a complete client view. The session focuses on real-world usage to help teams better understand client portfolios, identify opportunities, and support more informed client conversations.

• Where investment data originates (Investia Private Lake) and how it appears in Maximizer
• How to navigate and interpret the Investment Tab
• How to use the Investment Dashboard to monitor:

  • Active Households
  • Estimated Return
  • Asset Allocation
  • Geographic Distribution
• How householding enhances the client investment view
• Best practices for using investment insights in client conversations

Certification Requirements

To become certified, participants must:

1. Attend and actively participate in the session
2. Pass the knowledge check with a minimum score of 80%
   
3. Successfully complete a private role-play demonstrating effective positioning of the Investia Integration solution
   -OR –
4. Have a business conversation with a real client and submit a recording of the call, or invite either Luis or Mark to observe, and demonstrate a thorough understanding and awareness of the topic.
