Thames Valley Asset Finance (TVAF) is an independent UK-based brokerage specializing in asset financing for businesses, with a separate division, Fast Car Finance, focused on prestige and sports car financing for private clients. As business volumes surged, TVAF’s existing system—a combination of Word documents, Outlook, and paper-based processes—struggled to keep up with increasing demands. Advoco Solutions customized a proposals tab using the Synergy add-on application, allowing TVAF to input all necessary data in one location. This streamlined the proposal process, minimized duplication, and automated calculations, enabling the team to prepare finance proposals more efficiently.
