You’ll learn how to install and manage the Outlook integration and set Outlook Preferences to save and sync emails and track email threads. You’ll also learn how to install and use Word integration to show and generate labels, envelopes, and document templates. This class also covers how to use Maximizer on a smart phone, giving users access to key CRM features on the go.
