Maximizer System Status

Update April 18th 2024 – Sisense, a global provider of business intelligence and data analytics, with thousands of customers globally is used by Maximizer to provide specific value-add functionality to some of our customers. 

They shared last week that some servers were temporarily exposed. We have been in ongoing communication with Sisense, and followed their instruction regarding resetting our security passwords and tokens. Following both their and our thorough review, we are confident that there is no cause for concern for us, or our customers.

We continue to monitor the situation very closely, and remain engaged with Sisense at the senior executive level.
