  • Mike Richardson,
    Managing Director (EMEA)

    With a proven track record across multiple sectors, including Oil Exploration, Electronic Security and Small Business Consultancy, as MD of Maximizer EMEA Mike brings his experience to assist Small and Medium companies seeking to grow and succeed through use of CRM. Living near the office in Bracknell, Mike has two daughters who have both recently graduated, and is a keen cyclist who can often be spotted pedalling around the Chilterns and local country lanes.

  • Diego Lunardi,
    Head of Business Development (EMEA)

    Diego has over 15 years’ experience in the IT and software industry, driving market strategies and revenue through the development of direct and indirect sales channels. Diego oversees Maximizer’s Direct Sales Team and develops mutually beneficial relationships with key clients in the UK, Mainland Europe and Middle East. Diego lives in London with his partner Dafne and enjoys exploring new places in his spare time.

  • Patrick Sutherland
    Director of Sales – Americas

    Patrick is an experienced and a collaborative software sales leader who helps others achieve a higher performance during challenging times. As Director of Sales (Americas) at Maximizer, Patrick will work with the Maximizer team of CRM experts and leverage his 20+ years of sales experience to continue to create high value CRM solutions for Small and Medium Enterprises. Patrick brings additional expertise in leveraging partnerships and developing strategic vertical solutions at enterprise software companies like SAP, Business Objects and Crystal Decisions. Patrick and his wife, Giselle are proud parents raising their three children in Vancouver, Canada.

    Head of Sales (ANZ)

    Cheryl draws upon nearly 24 years of experience in senior Sales and Customer Service roles within the Retail Sector as she drives both direct and channel partner business for the ANZ region.  She joined Maximizer in Sydney, Australia in 2014.

    Director of Customer Success

    Sandy has over 25 years of experience driving global marketing strategies for visionary software and hardware organizations like Crystal Decisions and Nortel. She oversees customer success at Maximizer, and is always on the lookout for better ways to engage and delight our users.

    R & D Manager

    Rasto leverages his expertise in software development to ensure that Maximizer’s CRM solutions are built on a flexible, scalable architecture platform and keeps our technology roadmap on track. He has been part of the Maximizer CREW for over 15 years. When not crunching code, he can be found roaming the great outdoors of British Columbia.

    Director, Customer and Information Systems (Americas)

    Reg has been leading Information Systems and Customer Support teams in technology organizations for more than 25 years. He joined Maximizer in 2006 and currently manages the Customer Service and Support teams, and internal IS team within Maximizer’s Vancouver office.

  • Andrew Heriot,
    Head of Services (EMEA)

    With more than 12 years’ experience in the CRM industry, Andrew has held key roles in the Support, Training and Solutions departments before leading the Services Team at Maximizer. He is responsible for support and services in the EMEA region, as well as the training and certification of Maximizer’s Business Partner network. A keen cyclist, Andrew bikes over ten miles into work everyday!

    Human Resources & Facilities Manager (Americas)

    Alex hails from Cape Breton, Nova Scotia where he completed his Business Technology Accounting Co-op Diploma before heading west to launch a consulting business. In 2012, he joined Maximizer’s Human Resources department, and is now a certified Payroll Compliance Practitioner responsible for all things HR, Payroll and Facilities. Alex’s overriding goal is to ensure Maximizer CREW members get up each morning excited to get to work.

    Controller (Americas)

    Agnes is an expert in integration and implementation, with a deep understanding of the issues involved in financial systems. She earned a CPA CGA in 1997, and has over twenty years experience serving companies in the technology and professional services industries. During Agnes’ six year tenure with Maximizer, she implemented many operational and accounting process efficiencies and ever evolving technology.

    Finance Manager (EMEA)

    With almost 30 years of finance experience in banking and software companies, Karen brings a wealth of knowledge to drive forward financial initiatives in the EMEA region as the company grows. She is responsible for the region’s Finance, Accounting and Administration functions. Karen lives locally with her partner Murray and Cocker Spaniel puppy Bruno.
