Iain Black is a high-energy CEO with a proven history of successfully leading companies through growth via transformative change. Passionate about cross-organizational excellence, he leverages his strengths of communication, strategy development, and operational analysis & execution on a never-ending mission of delighting customers and driving stakeholder value. Iain’s family activities revolve around good music, good food and a stubborn West Highland White Terrier named “Gimli”. 

Mike Richardson

Mike Richardson

Managing Director (EMEA)

With a proven track record across multiple sectors, including Oil Exploration, Electronic Security and Small Business Consultancy, Mike brings his experience to assist Small and Medium companies seeking to grow and succeed through use of CRM. Living near the office in Bracknell, Mike has two daughters who have both recently graduated, and is a keen cyclist who can often be spotted pedaling around the Chilterns and local country lanes.

Brian Adams

Chief Technology Officer

Brian brings 28 years of thought leadership in Strategic Development, M&A, Program Management and Technology and Operations to Maximizer, along with a client-first attitude in his role as Chief Technology Officer, and his past roles in the Canadian financial industry have given him a deep understanding of what a secure, high availability environment requires. Brian is happily married with 3 teenage children and spends much of his free time either coaching or watching them play basketball.

Head of Product & Development

Ehab Samy has more than 20 years of experience building, selling, implementing and teaching CRM solutions for many industries and market sizes, including numerous award-winning applications for organizations such as USAID (US Agency for International Development), Kodak, Xerox, and Pivotal CRM. An established thought leader, Ehab has presented at many industry conferences, and published numerous articles on reputed online and printed media.

Vice President, Channel & Business Development

Rick is a passionate and results-oriented sales and channel leader with more than 30 years of experience in the CRM, SaaS, Technology, Sales and Marketing areas. He possesses a wealth of leadership experience in the technology industry, working for corporations that include: Onyx Software, Enmax Corporation, and most recently, Hewlett Packard. On the personal front, Rick has traveled around the world, spent two years teaching, and recently moved back to Canada to marry his high school sweetheart.

Adam Wilson

Head of Customer Success

Adam is a thought leader in the realm of Customer Success. With over 15 years of experience building companies within distinct verticals across North America, to his leadership skills within the tech world, Adam brings a wealth of knowledge to enable high performing CS teams to grow and develop. His vision for measuring the customer’s journey through psychological and operational means will allow Maximizer users to get the most out of their experience. You can find Adam attending many CS functions around the Vancouver area.

Vice President, Finance

Paul is responsible for Maximizer’s financial strategy and budget. He oversees the finance and accounting operations. Prior to joining Maximizer Paul served as the Director of Finance and Controller at Tasktop Technologies, General Electric Digital, and Wurldtech Technologies. He has a passion for analyzing numbers and data. He articled at BDO Canada where he attained his CA designation. Currently, he serves as a member of the Chartered Professional Accountants of BC.

Jasmine brings over 20 years of experience in Finance working in Training, Manufacturing and Software Industries. She joined Maximizer as a Financial Accountant in 2013 and has since moved to Accounting Manager and then taking over the Controller role in Sept 2017. A great team player, coach and mentor with a drive for challenges.

Manager of Professional Services

Herbert leads Maximizer’s team of Professional Services Consultants dedicated to delivering successful implementations, and driving adoption of Maximizer CRM for our customers. He leverages his background in Project Management, Business Process and Software Development, as well as his broad experience in Information Systems, Research & Development and Professional Services where he lead implementations for Maximizer’s largest customers.

R & D Manager

Rasto leverages his expertise in software development to ensure that Maximizer’s CRM solutions are built on a flexible, scalable architecture platform and keeps our technology roadmap on track. He has been part of the Maximizer CREW for over 15 years. When not crunching code, he can be found roaming the great outdoors of British Columbia.

Michael is an experienced digital marketing leader, and strategist, with a diverse background over 20 years developing and executing online strategies, mentoring high-performing digital teams, and delivering measurable and data-driven results. Michael is a long-time Google Certified Partner, as well as holding certificates in Management Communications, Web Analytics, and Project Management.

Head of Sales (EMEA)

Diego is a dynamic and highly motivated sales leader with over 15 years’ experience in the IT and software industry. An expert in leading and developing commercial relationships through the development of strategy, assessment, negotiation and continuous improvement. Diego oversees Maximizer’s EMEA Sales Team and as a keen proponent of ‘customer first’, has helped Maximizer commit to delivering a high level of customer satisfaction across Europe, Africa and the Middle East.

Andrew, EMEA team

Andrew Heriot

Head of Services (EMEA)

With more than 12 years’ experience in the CRM industry, Andrew has held key roles in the Support, Training and Solutions departments before leading the Services Team at Maximizer. He is responsible for support and services in the EMEA region, as well as the training and certification of Maximizer’s Business Partner network. A keen cyclist, Andrew bikes over ten miles into work everyday!

Karen Dewar

Finance Manager (EMEA)

With almost 30 years of finance experience in banking and software companies, Karen brings a wealth of knowledge to drive forward financial initiatives in the EMEA region as the company grows. She is responsible for the region’s Finance, Accounting and Administration functions. Karen lives locally with her partner Murray and Cocker Spaniel puppy Bruno.
