With a proven track record across multiple sectors, including Oil Exploration, Electronic Security and Small Business Consultancy, as MD of Maximizer EMEA Mike brings his experience to assist Small and Medium companies seeking to grow and succeed through use of CRM. Living near the office in Bracknell, Mike has two daughters who have both recently graduated, and is a keen cyclist who can often be spotted pedalling around the Chilterns and local country lanes.
Jeff recently joined the Maximizer team as the Head of Revenue based in Vancouver, Canada. Jeff has been leading customer facing teams for more than 12 years, and has a deep passion for helping organizations to achieve their goals and grow with confidence using technology. Jeff is consistently inspired to work with clients towards a shared vision and to build long term, mutually beneficial partnerships.

He has extensive experience building and managing high-performance teams from start-ups to Fortune 100 companies, driving revenue through business strategy, product innovation, and go to market execution. Jan has a passion for getting things done.
Achim is a results-oriented marketing leader with a successful track record for building collaborative, cross-functional teams who thrive on creating exceptional customer experiences. He has extensive global marketing experience in Europe and Asia and speaks fluent German. He has a passion for simplifying the complex and taking the time to find the right solutions, not the convenient ones. In his spare time you’ll find him hanging with his wife and son, jamming with his bandmates, or stopping a few pucks at a local hockey rink.
Director, Customer and Information Systems (Americas)
Reg has been leading Information Systems and Customer Support teams in technology organizations for more than 25 years. He joined Maximizer in 2006 and currently manages the Customer Service and Support teams, and internal IS team within Maximizer’s Vancouver office.
Alex hails from Cape Breton, Nova Scotia where he completed his Business Technology Accounting Co-op Diploma before heading west to launch a consulting business. In 2012, he joined Maximizer’s Human Resources department, and is now a certified Payroll Compliance Practitioner responsible for all things HR, Payroll and Facilities. Alex’s overriding goal is to ensure Maximizer CREW members get up each morning excited to get to work.
Jasmine brings over 20 years of experience in Finance working in Training, Manufacturing and Software Industries. She joined Maximizer as a Financial Accountant in 2013 and has since moved to Accounting Manager and then taking over the Controller role in Sept 2017. A great team player, coach and mentor with a drive for challenges, Jasmine is also an outdoor enthusiast with a passion for dragon boating in Canada and Overseas with the Concord Team!
Rasto leverages his expertise in software development to ensure that Maximizer’s CRM solutions are built on a flexible, scalable architecture platform and keeps our technology roadmap on track. He has been part of the Maximizer CREW for over 15 years. When not crunching code, he can be found roaming the great outdoors of British Columbia.
Herbert leads Maximizer’s team of Professional Services Consultants dedicated to deliver successful implementations and drive adoption of Maximizer CRM for our customers. He leverages his background in Project Management, Business Process and Software Development, as well as his broad experience having been at Maximizer since 2007 – in different business units: Information Systems, Research & Development and Professional Services where he ran implementations for Maximizer’s largest customers. Herbert has also had the pleasure of paddling for over a decade with the Concord Pacific Dragon Boat team, both in local and international competitions in the USA and Asia.
With more than 12 years’ experience in the CRM industry, Andrew has held key roles in the Support, Training and Solutions departments before leading the Services Team at Maximizer. He is responsible for support and services in the EMEA region, as well as the training and certification of Maximizer’s Business Partner network. A keen cyclist, Andrew bikes over ten miles into work everyday!
With almost 30 years of finance experience in banking and software companies, Karen brings a wealth of knowledge to drive forward financial initiatives in the EMEA region as the company grows. She is responsible for the region’s Finance, Accounting and Administration functions. Karen lives locally with her partner Murray and Cocker Spaniel puppy Bruno.
Diego is a dynamic and highly motivated sales leader with over 15 years’ experience in the IT and software industry. An expert in leading and developing commercial relationships through development of strategy, assessment, negotiation and continuous improvement. Diego oversees Maximizer’s successful Sales Team and as a keen proponent of ‘customer first’, he has helped Maximizer commit to delivering a high level of customer satisfaction with key clients across Europe, Africa and the Middle East. Diego lives in London with his partner Dafne and is a huge fan of travelling and discovering locations off the beaten track.
