Participants will learn how to translate feature updates into customer value conversations that drive efficiency, data integrity, and advisor effectiveness.

  • How real-time validation, automatic field creation, and intelligent file analysis improve accuracy
  • How to position insurance and account object imports linked to new or existing contacts
  • How ready-made templates accelerate financial services onboarding and expansion

Document & Image Preview (Timeline)

  • How the new in-workflow preview experience eliminates unnecessary downloads
  • Supported formats (PDF, JPEG, PNG) and key controls (zoom, navigation, print, download)
  • How to position this enhancement as a workflow efficiency and user adoption driver

Fireflies Integration

  • How integration with Fireflies.ai automatically captures call logs, transcripts, summaries, and action items
  • How advisors reduce manual note-taking while improving follow-up quality
  • How transcripts and insights are linked to the correct contacts or leads in Maximizer
  • How to set expectations for phased enhancements, including future task automation from post-meeting action items

This is a non-certifiable Enablement session. However, to demonstrate awareness in this topic you must:

  1. Attend and actively participate in the session
  2. Pass the knowledge check with a minimum score of 80%
