Feature/Product Deprecation Notice
The following are set for deprecation and will be discontinued in the next release of Maximizer CRM. During the deprecation period, the product/feature is fully supported within the product, and technical support is available unless specified otherwise:

The following products/features are discontinued in Maximizer CRM 2018 and are no longer supported:

If you are upgrading from a product version earlier than Maximizer CRM 2017, please contact Maximizer customer support for assistance.
Running Maximizer CRM server in a hosted or leased environment is not supported.
Partner Portal and Customer Portal are not supported in Chrome or Edge browser.
*Microsoft Word Integration and Advanced Export to Excel are not supported.
**Microsoft Word Integration, Outlook Integration and Advanced Export to Excel are not supported.
It’s recommended to install the latest updates for Microsoft Office. Word support requires Maximizer CRM Word Integration Add-on. Outlook support requires Maximizer CRM Outlook Integration Add-on. The 32-bit and 64-bit versions of Word and Outlook are supported. Integration is not supported on Mac O/S.
SMTP Server provided with Gmail is not supported.
Excel 2013 or 2016 is required to use Maximizer Connect for Excel Quote.
* Integrations not supported with Office 2010 “Click to Run” version.
** You may experience some problems when using the off-line mode of Outlook 2013.
*** Integrations not supported with Office 2016 Microsoft store version.
****Integration is through Maximizer Connect for Outlook 365 add-in. An Office 365 email account is required. Office 365 ProPlus is not supported.
Both 32-bit and 64-bit editions are supported. It’s recommended to install the latest updates for the database applications.
*Reports module is not supported with SQL Server 2017.
Note: It’s recommended that you install Maximizer on a drive formatted as an NTFS file system. If you want to install Maximizer on a FAT32 file system, you should first convert the drive to an NTFS file system.
Both 32-bit and 64-bit edition of Microsoft Windows Server are supported. It’s recommended that you install the latest updates for the operating systems.
