iProtect are an innovative and leading trust administration and accounting firm operating in South Africa. iProtect specialise in assisting people with optimisation of their asset protecting structures. They have in-depth knowledge about trusts and work closely with the Independent Trustee.

A key objective for the business was to significantly improve efficiency levels and to have full visibility into how the business was running. With over 2,000 client profiles they were inundated with papers and files, which resulted in missed client deadlines, the risk of mismanaging client cases and a desire to improve overall levels of organisation in the business.

It was apparent something needed to change.
