Dave Neale, Executive Director of Campus Manitoba, and Kim Grenier Mintenko, eCampus Manager needed an easy way to keep track of students who entered the process of registering for an online course at one school, while enrolled in another. They also wanted to automatically attach the information students entered in online registration forms to their individual contact records in Maximizer CRM. If the student didn’t already exist as a contact in Maximizer, they wanted the system to automatically create a new record for them.

Out of the box, Maximizer CRM delivered the functionality Campus Manitoba required for basic tracking, coordination and reporting. Customizations were implemented by Maximizer’s in-house professional services team to capture online form information and automatically update an existing student’s record in Maximizer CRM. If no record for the student existed, a new student contact is created and all information is stored against the new name. Dashboards were also created to help Campus Manitoba visualize the number of Letters of Permission (LOPs) received from students across their seven institutions.

Campus Manitoba no longer wastes time and resources manually entering student course registration information into their Maximizer CRM software, and all student course details are stored in a single location, increasing the productivity and effectiveness of the Virtual Help Desk Assistants.

“Maximizer helps our organization centralize and track all communication, information, and activity on the students who use our website and our services. There’s a real benefit to a tool that captures many different components of how users interact with the website and communicate with our Virtual Help Desk Assistants. I like how the different storage and tracking functions work together to create a full picture of our user’s experience. Maximizer makes it much easier to manage, find, and use all of the information we need to assist our students.” says Trent Gill, Virtual Help Desk Assistant.
