Aersud Elicotteri represents Airbus Helicopters, the world leader in the production of turbine helicopters. Aersud Elicotteri has always been committed to the development of civil aviation: it promoted, together with the Italian Aviation Authorities, the laws and regulations that liberalised the use of the helicopter in Italy.

Aersud Elicotteri is a niche business with very specific requirements for customer relationship management. The business was keeping its entire customer histories and interactions within a single Excel spreadsheet and traditional paper files, which were significantly hindering their efficiency.

It was clear a customer relationship management solution was needed. Maximizer CRM came highly recommended by a colleague who previously used Maximizer.

Solution

Since implementing Maximizer CRM, the business has easy access to a centralised resource with the ability to profile and segment data in many ways via the application of standard and User Defined Fields. Not only this, but Maximizer has allowed the business to identify and eliminate both redundant and duplicate contacts that have built up over the years.

Compiling and tracking all customer information in one centralised database has helped the business to generate a single customer view on each individual customer. This increased visibility is assisting the organisation in sending out customer specific, targeted communications, increasing customer loyalty and retention rates.

Since implementing Maximizer CRM over a year ago, Aersud Elicotteri has managed to significantly improve process efficiency; providing its staff with easy data capture, search-ability and visibility of the customer within one single database. Aersud Elicotteri are very happy with how Maximizer CRM is working within their business, and are looking to continue expanding it across the business and develop their CRM skills further. Once the IT team have developed an interface to exchange information between Maximizer and other systems in the business, they will be achieving even greater CRM efficacy.
