As a key member of the Professional Services Team, the Technical Consultant will be responsible for supporting our Professional Services team to deliver top notch engagements for Maximizer CRM clients across North America. You will apply your outstanding technology and business consulting skills to enhance your client’s business by improving relationships, generate leads, creating operational efficiency, and closing deals.

By working within the Professional Services Team you will be responsible for delivering quality data migrations, configurations and consulting engagements. You will rely on your technical abilities to execute these projects in an efficient and timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Technical Skillset
  • Assist with deployments of Maximizer CRM for our clients
  • Perform basic configurations of Maximizer CRM for our clients
  • Perform data migrations of Maximizer Databases to CRM Live
  • Perform CSV imports of client information to Maximizer, including source data clean-up and manipulation as required.
  • Deliver Custom Training of Maximizer CRM to our clients on a 1-1 or small group basis (short sessions)
  • Perform initial migrations of 3rd party databases to Maximizer CRM
  1. Solution Consulting
  • Solve Problems, and unique data challenges for our clients
  • Deliver outstanding client engagements with technical consulting expertise and implementation.
  • Participate in the implementation of complete CRM projects
  • Ability to work both in a team and independently
  • Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and changes through the duration of the project
  1. Business Development
  • Initiate and maintain client relationships
  • Perform analysis of the client Maximizer usage and identify opportunities for improvement

Required Qualifications:

  1. Must Haves:
  • Technical diploma in Computer Science or Software Engineering, or Information Technology
  • 1+ years’ experience performing deployments from a technical (implementation) perspective.
  • Knowledgeable of Windows Server and Remote Access tools
  • Microsoft SQL Database working knowledge (performing simple backups and restores)
  • Ability to review and understand client datasets to provide quickest path to migration
  • Experience working with Excel for the purposes of reviewing and updating sets of data

  • Strong desire to be client intimate in order to meet and understand their needs and unique challenges
  • Adaptable and flexible to new technologies, people and environments
  • Strong analytical skills for problem solving and solution development
  • Excellent listening and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask within a team environment with a flexible work schedule.
