  1. MaxCare & MaxCare Plus packages expire one (1) year from date of purchase. Unused technical support and/or incident support hours will not be carried over to the following year and/or product upgrade. Scheduled sessions cancelled within 24 hours will be invoiced.
  2. Technical support hours are applicable towards software installation and/or database conversion assistance. Database conversion assistance is available for Maximizer Entrepreneur version 7.0 or higher and it is suggested that you provide your Maximizer Software consultant with a backup of your Pervasive database (if applicable) to convert prior to the conversion.

    Installation of SQL Express database only. SQL Server installation assistance is offered for an additional cost.

    Network access must be available. Server & client operating systems must be installed and administrator access available to your Maximizer Software advisor.
