  1.1 Ordering with your credit card
Maximizer Software provides a secure and private shopping experience. We safeguard your information using industry standard SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encrypted servers. This process codes the information transferred between you and the server and renders it unreadable to anyone trying to intercept the information. Please ensure all SSL security features are turned on in your browser's preferences or options. Any personal information you provide to Maximizer Software during your visit to the online store is held in the strictest of confidence. 1.2 Shopping Cart
To make it easy for you to return to our site and continue your purchase at another time, we use "cookies" (small files stored on your computer with your user login information and shopping cart details from previous visits). "Cookies" only work if the settings in your web browser have been configured to accept them.

1.3 Returns
Maximizer Software offers 15-day (Maximizer) and 30-day (Maximizer Enterprise) trial versions of its software for customers to have adequate opportunity to assess the value of products prior to purchase. Therefore, Maximizer Software does not accept returns on its products purchased directly from Maximizer Software once they have either been shipped from our warehouse; downloaded from our website; or purchased indirectly through one of Maximizer Software's Business Partners.

  2.1 Sales Tax
Residents of Canada will be charged 6% GST and applicable provincial sales tax.

2.2 Currency
US shipments are charged in US dollars; Canadian shipments are charged in Canadian dollars.

2.3 International Customers
This online store can only accept orders for shipments within the US and Canada. Residents of Central and South America or the Caribbean countries should purchase directly by phone (1-800-804-6299). To purchase software for shipment to other regions, please go to the regional Maximizer Software Online Store: Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA), or Australia/New Zealand

2.4 Shipping Rates and Methods

  • Download orders are available immediately upon order confirmation, including electronic versions of manuals. CDs and printed manuals will not be shipped afterwards.
  • "Full CD" purchases are subject to shipping and handling (S&H):

2.5 Download purchases
If you opt to purchase your software via download, you will be provided with all the required files, including manuals and any promotional bonuses, after you have completed the purchase transaction. You will not receive additional materials in the mail.

3. Downloading Assistance
  3.1 Re-downloading software
If you previously purchased a product online but had trouble downloading it, you can re-download your software here . You will be prompted for the invoice number you wrote down before downloading, as well as your last name. Should you have problems, you can contact Customer Service for assistance.

3.2 Password
Your login ID and password for the online store is different from the "Maximizer Software Web Profile" ID you may have created in order to download trial versions of software or request further information. A separate ID and password is used for the online store to ensure added security and protection on your personal information.

This user ID and password is not your Product Serial Number (PSN).

Your password for the online store is listed on the final page of your purchase, just before you download. If you didn't write it down, you can e-mail us. We will need your registration number, invoice number, last name or other proof of purchase in order to confirm your number. Please note that this password is valuable and that Maximizer Software charges for their recovery.

3.3 Downloaded file
We provide most files from the Maximizer Software Online Store as self-extracting archive applications (.exe), which you simply double-click to run. Others come to you as compressed .zip files:

If you are using the free Aladdin Expander or the shareware WinZip or PkZip for Windows, you will be able to simply double click on the files and then choose the "extract" option. Extract the file to a new directory, then run the "setup" file to install your software.

4. Technical Assistance
  4.1 Registration
Please register your software immediately to be eligible for technical support. When you register, you also receive: a free copy of Maximizer Link for Palm OS® devices, email newsletter with software tips and tricks, advance notification of new products and services, and special offers.
