Computer Telephony Integration

Maximizer and Maximizer Enterprise may provide incoming call detection and outgoing phone dialling under the following conditions. Refer to the Maximizer Knowledge Base article titled "Maximizer and TAPI", reference number 001207-000073, for more information.

The Caller-ID service from the telephone company is in SDM format.
The PBX or modem is compatible with Microsoft TAPI (Telephony Application Programming Interface) and is Caller-ID compliant.
