To begin, the Developer must first save an HTML file and supporting images to a location on their computer. This can be accomplished easiest using Internet Explorer 5.0 by Selecting File > Save As > Web Page Complete. This saves the HTML and image files/folder to a folder on the Developer's hard drive. This HTML file and image folder form the basis of the new skin.

Note: The file used with the ecSkin Creator must use tables, HTML frames can not be used.
