Whether you're new to using Maximizer CRM, or want to learn the most efficient steps to optimize your productivity, Maximizer's eLearning courses are designed to help you get more out of your Maximizer CRM - all from the comfort of your home or office!
Important Things to Know
- The course session begins immediately upon clicking "Submit Payment". (With the exception of bundle purchases.)
- Once you are viewing the course, there is no time limit. You can rewind, fast forward, pause, stop and/or replay as desired
- Courses take approximately one hour to complete.
- CRM 10 courses do not include audio.
- CRM 9 & 9.5 courses consists of a previously recorded instructor-led tutorials.
- The CRM 10 course sessions could be accessed/re-accessed within 30 days after purchase.
- eLearning courses do not have a live instructor; as such, there is no Question & Answer (Q&A) period at the end of the tutorial.

System Requirements for running an eLearning Course
The following outlines the recommended minimum hardware and software requirements to run the course.
- IBM PC compatible with Internet Explorer 5 or higher
- High-speed Internet connection
- Sound card and speakers (or headphones)
- Monitor resolution: 1024 x 768
- Webex Player: you will be prompted to install this upon registering for the course
