Get an in-depth exploration into all the features and capabilities of Maximizer CRM and develop an understanding of how these can be used to increase productivity and find new revenue opportunities for your company. Includes hands-on exercises that cover basic contact and time management features, to more advanced capabilities in CRM modules including:
- automated e-mail campaigns,

Whether you're a new Maximizer Enterprise administrator or want to support more of your company's unique business processes, this series will certify you to customize, integrate and extend the functionality of Maximizer Enterprise.

Learn how to use the Maximizer Visual Basic Wizard, plus step through basic debugging techniques using the suite's tools.

Building on the skills gained in Workflow Automation Level I, this course covers advanced skills for creating events and VB scripts using Maximizer's ODBC driver, including the e-mail response system.
