Vivek Thomas, President

Vivek Thomas

As President, Thomas is responsible for the strategic and operational management of Maximizer Software Inc. and its subsidiaries that represent Maximizer CRM globally. Thomas joined Maximizer Software in 2002 as Director of Sales (Americas) and within four years was promoted to Vice President, Sales (Americas), then Managing Director, EMEA, where he was responsible for 14% CAGR revenue growth in two years, with a significant growth in profitability.

An industry veteran with more than 18 years of experience, Thomas brings global management and business development experience to the role, having lived and worked in North America, UK, France, South Africa and the Middle East. Prior to Maximizer Software, Thomas held senior management positions with CRM vendor, Frontrange Solutions, in addition to Business Objects and Sony Corporation.


Americas

Joseph Hui, Vice President, Technology

Joseph HuiHui is responsible for overseeing Maximizer Software's research and development activities which include product management, software engineering, quality assurance and documentation for Maximizer Software's products. He joined Maximizer Software in 1995 as Development Manager and was subsequently promoted to Vice President, Engineering. With more than 10 years of CRM industry experience, Hui's role expanded with his promotion to Vice President, Research and Development in 2006. Prior to joining Maximizer Software, Hui was a software engineer with Milpitas, California-based LSI Logic Corporation. He holds a B.A.Sc. with Honors from the University of British Columbia and a M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University.


John Robb, Vice President, Operations & Finance

John RobbRobb is responsible for overseeing all aspects of Finance, Customer Care & Support, Information Services, HR, Administration and cross-functional operations. Previously with Maximizer Software as Vice President, Support & Services, between 2001 and 2006 when he initiated the momentous growth of the company’s maintenance program, he rejoined the organization in October 2011. In between his time with Maximizer Software, he held executive positions responsible for operations and finance with Japan’s largest software company JustSystems, and with Kintama Research Services. A Canada/UK dual national, he has worked in several countries and held senior positions in a number of organizations outside of the software industry. Robb has a B.Sc. from Heriot-Watt University, an MSc from Imperial College of Science and Technology, University of London, and an MBA from the University of British Columbia.


Europe, Middle East and Africa

Mike Richardson, Managing Director

Richardson is responsible for overseeing all aspects of sales, marketing and technical operations in Maximizer Softwares EMEA region. A British national, Richardson has over 8 years experience in the CRM Industry and 25 years in information technology related industries. Prior to joining Maximizer Software in 2000, Richardson worked for Business Link managing a Small/Medium Business IT delivery scheme funded by the UK Department of Trade and Industry. Richardsons career has also involved senior positions at Baker Hughes Intec, a Houston based oilfield services company, and The National Security Inspectorate in the UK. Richardson graduated with a BSc in Electronics from the University of Hull and has a Diploma in Robotics and Control.


Australia & New Zealand

Gavin Green, Regional Manager

Gavin GreenAs Regional Manager, Green is responsible for the leadership of the Maximizer Software ANZ subsidiary including sales, marketing and support operations. With more than 14 years experience in establishing revenue growth strategies in reseller channels, Green oversees Maximizer’s overall strategy, business planning, channel growth, and customer satisfaction initiatives. Prior to joining Maximizer, Green held positions with distributor organisations such as Comsol Pty Ltd and Sealcorp Pty Ltd, and vendor organisations such as IBM Australia Ltd. In these roles, he successfully facilitated high levels of channel growth and long term strategic partnerships.
